As the largest wholesale rental provider of digital push-to-talk conference microphones and simultaneous interpretation technology in North America, Conference Rental USA provides our clients – audio visual and language interpretation companies - with quick and easy access to event technology solutions for multi-lingual, conference style events - regardless of size or location.

Turn-key project management extends our business model far beyond that of a rental house: we fully partner with our clients to include pre-production planning, bids, setup/strike labor, and on-site technical support staff. Our technical engineers possess the experience and expertise necessary to ensure the successful implementation of our equipment during conference events. Our clients’ events span various industries across all of North America.

Our current business locations reflect our national influence with Conference Rental USA’s Headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area, a newly-established, regional office in Washington, D.C., and equipment warehouse locations stretching from Toronto to Cancun and Atlanta to Las Vegas. The Conference Rental USA mission remains the same as the day we began business in 2007: to facilitate communication between individuals of diverse cultures and linguistic backgrounds via the provision of industry leading conference technology and technical services.

The Conference Rental USA Team is an energetic and enthusiastic one, consisting of a multilingual staff with over 30 years of experience in the audio visual, conference, and language interpretation industries. True to our mission, we speak seven languages including: English, French, Spanish, German, Persian, Mandarin and Arabic!

The ALC's mission is to promote the professional stature and economic position of its US-based member language companies through industry advocacy and professional development of language company owners and senior management.

ALC increases the professional development of our members by providing webinars, educational sessions during the annual conference and leadership opportunities. Industry advocacy is achieved through various task forces and resources, such as the Industry Survey.
