For the 14th, 15th, and 17th Asia Security Summits, the International Institute for Strategic Study (IISS) used the innovative E Ink Electronic Nameplate to display the name of attendees in the room and on the podium. The solution worked flawlessly during the 3-day conferences for key national security advisors and Defense Ministers.

Conference Rental provided 70 E Ink Electronic Nameplates, as a standalone solution independent from the existing conference system. Conference Rental’s product specialist was onsite to setup the system and to change the names displayed from session to session. In between sessions, all nameplates were displaying the logo of the organization.
