A leading global consulting firm organized a large roadshow event throughout North America over the course of 4 weeks and in 25 different cities to provide internal trainings and presentation materials to employees. Each event was staged to foment interactive learning on a diversity of topics with simultaneous presentations taking place throughout the venue.

For each event, the challenge was to ensure that there would be no competing audio between the various presentations; A silent PA system delivered by Conference Rental was the right solution. Attendees were given headsets and could easily flip from one presentation channel to the next. Training content delivered through personal audio reinforcement is clearly received which helps assimilation.

Another challenge was for the audio distribution technology to be easy to setup and transport from site to site. As a response, Conference Rental delivered their portable headset solution with the support of a trained technician for quick setup, equipment integration with the AV and production companies at the site, and flawless operation. With multiple warehouses and a large network of trained conference technicians across all of North America, Conference Rental was able to deliver equipment and support for up to 8 simultaneous roadshow events at once.
